Paris through the centuries

This programme, combining religious introspection with a non-religious exploration of the sublime, brings together works both sacred (Psaumes by Lili Boulanger and Gloria by Francis Poulenc) and secular (art songs with orchestral accompaniment by Jules Massenet and Camille Saint-Saëns).
