Cycle Bizet, ‘l'oiseau rebelle’

The pearl fisher

Chamber Music
Despite his early death at the age of thirty-six, Georges Bizet left to posterity a legacy of varied operatic works that surprised his contemporaries and which are still performed to this day. This concert, which marks the fifth season in the collaboration between the Accademia Teatro alla Scala and the Palazzetto Bru Zane, features a selection of arias that plunge us into the vibrant atmosphere of Paris at the end of the Second Empire and the beginning of the Third Republic.
